Q.What happens to my course fee if I can't make the course or have to cancel?
A.
Your course fee is refundable under our terms and conditions of booking. If you give us enough warning (please see our booking terms) you will get the whole course fee refunded. If you don't tell us in time there may be an admin charge (please see our booking terms). We will try to be as fair & flexible to you as possible as we understand your work position.
